Elizabeth “Liz” Nicholas is a seasoned health and social care professional with nearly 30 years of experience, beginning her career as a mental health nurse. Her extensive background includes managing care homes, overseeing compliance with CQC and local authorities, and leading services in residential, domiciliary, and extra care settings. Liz has also contributed to community initiatives, volunteering with the Alzheimer’s Society and supporting domestic violence advocacy. Currently, she serves as a hands-on Registrations and Compliance Consultant through her consultancy, Rumby Consultcare, boasting a 99% success rate in registering domiciliary care agencies.
